Why is spring the best time to reset your diet? 🌸

Warmer weather brings an abundance of fresh produce, making it easier to fill your plate with vibrant, nutrient-packed foods that support digestion, boost energy, and leave you feeling your best.

3 Easy Plant-Based Swaps for a Lighter, More Vibrant Plate

🌱 Swap heavy grains for fresh greens. Use leafy greens like spinach, arugula, or kale instead of rice or pasta for a nutrient-packed, detox-friendly base.

🍦 Replace dairy-based treats with fruit-forward alternatives. Blend frozen bananas with plant-based milk for a creamy “nice cream” or enjoy coconut yogurt with fresh berries for a light spring snack!

🥤 Trade sugary drinks for infused water or fresh smoothies. Stay hydrated with citrus, mint, or cucumber-infused water, or whip up a nutrient-rich smoothie for an energizing boost.
